Hello again, no I did not die. I am still here breathing this semi-fresh air just living life as a stinking adult. I was juggling two jobs and selling Avon which took away precious husband and wife time plus blogging time! In the free time I did get I chilled in my plush recliner and watched FRIENDS with the hubby until it was time to go to bed and start the work cycle over again.
But here I am, back down to one job and time on my hands to take pics like I want to again and enjoy my other half too. FINALLY! I don't see how people handle two jobs o.O. I was at it for almost 3 months and was like, enough is enough. I miss my fam my friends, and precious days off. Love those lol.
So instead of rambling on I am getting you guys into my Photo a day Challenge brought to you and me by FatMumSlim.
I started these photo challenges last year around this time but didn't find sweet Chantelles's blog until around Christmas. She posts a list for every month and its easy to hashtag your pic on instagram to share your pics with others that are in on the fun! I tend to slack towards the middle of the month but this time I am determined to finish one :) Wanna see my Day 3? Check it out here!!
Until tomorrow peeps!

My Summer Playlist
Its no surprise that I make playlists like every other person on the planet it seems, but I don't make them very often. I thought I would share the songs I have had on repeat since our heat wave started here in Texas though.
My favorite by far:
Treasure-Bruno Mars
My favorite by far:
Treasure-Bruno Mars
My husband laughs at me when I start dancing to this song. I just love it. It's so upbeat and perfect when I am in the car. People probably think I am crazy when they see me at the steering wheel wailing my lungs out. Sadly that is not an exaggeration lol.
Blurred Lines-Robin Thicke
#Beautiful-Mariah Carey
Radioactive-Imagine Dragons
The Way-Arianna Grande
Cups-Anna Kendrick
Stay-Rihanna
These are my favorites. As main stream as they may be, I stream pandora more than I listen to actual radio so I don't hear them as often. The rest on my playlist are kind of old. I don't just give up on a song when I've heard it too many times.
Pretty On the Outside -Bullet For My Valentine
Issues -Escape the Fate
You Are So Beautiful -Escape the Fate
Back in Time -Pitbull
I'm Made of Wax, Larry, What Are You Made Of? -ADTR
No New Friends -Drake
HYFR -Drake
Some Nights -F.U.N
We'll Be Alright -Travie McCoy
Tada! Love all of these plus some! My list is kind of long lol. I hope you guys have a great rest of the week :D

Lake Photos + Growing Pains
Of course I am only going to show you the good ones. Well the ones I thought were good. I sware my sister in law takes the best freaking pictures lol. And my swim shorts made their way into a photo too. Despite the look of the pics we really did have a good time splashing around in the cool water that day.
Like I said in my previous post, it was a relaxing day out on the lake. I could use more days like that but work takes up like ALL OF MY LIFE it seems!! Which brings me to my next question: Why in hell did I want to grow up?
I remember talking to my friends about the house I was going to get that would be next door to my bestie and we would have awesome cars and for some reason I couldn't wait to start working! Boy was I day dreaming HARD! All you do is work and pay bills when you grow up, unless your cool and graduated from your dream college and went straight to your dream job where it doesn't feel like you work a day in your life. Oh yea, that's how I thought life would be when I stepped across the stage for my diploma in High School. I never thought I could fail a class in college or work at the same gas station for 3 and a half years. Life sure can be a tricky one huh.
With all of that "experience" under my belt I have learned to take chances and see where they take me. I do have goals, don't get me wrong, but now I feel like if I just stay on the straight and narrow I might miss out on some things that I might never get another chance for in the future.
I don't know how I spiraled the conversation into this but I am known to be random at times. I just want to live a little. Maybe I will "take a chance" and quit both of my jobs........or maybe I will think of something a little less crazy. Me and my husband are working our butts off to save for what I would like to call a nest egg.
Anyways enough about me: How is your grown up life treating you?

I Saw The Sun
Hello world! I am sorry for the lack of posts this past week. I tend to work a lot (taking double shifts when I am already passed the point of physical exhaustion) so it kind of got in the way of me taking any good pictures recently. I even slacked on Instagram, my favorite social website.
Another thing that kept me from my blogging is lack of anything to post about. I lead a boring life at times and that is when I hit a roadblock with my writing. So I have been searching for something to type about and came up with a few topics to keep me going for the next few days yay!!
Lucky me, I got an off day to go to the lake with my in laws. That means I have been in a lake 4 times this year. A new freaking record. I love to swim plus its a fun work out for the arms and legs. I didn't hesitate to go under as soon as it was deep enough. I can't describe the relaxing feeling you get when you are just bobbing in the water practically weightless. Until your little 8 year old buddy comes splashing towards you snapping you back to reality. It was nice getting to hang out with her for more than a couple of hours, along with the rest of the family.
I took some pictures towards the end. As much as I wanted to snap away at everything that was happening, I also wanted to live in the moment and not have my camera in my hand at every second. Although it pained me a little every time I visualized the perfect shots while "in the moment" I am okay to miss a few. Stepping back from the lens can't possibly hurt. I will put up the pictures as soon as I can get them edited like I want them to be.
Any last words before the summer is over?

#FabFriday
It was a simple day today.I just worked as usual and then spent some time with my crazy husband and his family. I have mentioned taking pics but every time I think I have a chance at some practice with my point-and-shoot skills something gets in the way. So far it has been raining here in the lone star state and my favorite lighting is natural kind outside. I improvised and decided to try a #fabfriday. Since we went out to eat I got a little fancy.
I love this necklace I got as a gift from my secret pal at work.
I kept the makeup pretty simple with just tinted moisturizer and mascara.
Since it was wet I slipped on my jeggings and my trusty red chuck taylors.
And of course to protect my updo, I spritzed my hair with some of this lovely hairspray.
I kept it pretty casual actually, but it's fun to get dressed up sometimes. Happy friday peeps! I hope you have a great weekend :)

InAnimate
Sometimes I just take random pics and every once in a while they look pretty good. Well to me lol. So I decided to share em. Don't you just love the extra crispy flowers? It has been uncomfortably hot in Texas for a while now and the grass has officially stopped growing. I can't wait for Fall now.
I have been busy working doubles, but now I have some free time so I can get back to picture taking! Finally!
If I Were To Win The Lottery
I am no stranger to the lottery. I used to work at a gas station and sold it everyday for about 3 years. People get pretty serious about winning it big. I always wished I could win, but in order to do that I would actually have to play. Seeing all of the people spend their precious money on a piece of paper that more likely than not disappointed them the next day didn't really appease to me.
It's a fun thought though huh? What would you do if you did win. If the pot were up to a million or more, what would you do with the money (after they take those precious taxes)?
Pay off my debt..Mine and my husbands. We have plenty thanks to school and a couple of credit cards to pay off. It would be really nice to be debt free
Buy a house..that is big enough for the family of 5 I have been dreaming of. Well I would at least buy a house that was big enough to start a family. Somewhere in the country with plenty of yard for my big doggie and a guest house for my husband to have a man cave...or to use as an actual guest house.
Quit my job..Yeah that might not seem like the smartest move but with millions of dollars I could live comfortably without working. Mind you I would have to spend and save wisely but that is a lot of money. I could volunteer places I have always dreamed of and not succumb to the pressures of the daily grind.
Share..Sharing really is caring, and I care about my family enough to give them a piece of the pie. Parents and inlaws first then my brothers and sisters mainly. I love them and would feel horrible if I didn't give at least a little.
Hopefully by the end of this little list I won't be down to a few thousand dollars but its only a dream. If that really happened I would probably freak out and spend half of it blindly by mistake lol. I do have a love for clothes shopping lol.
What would you do if you one the lottery?
Link up here to share with other bloggers and see what they would do do with their fantasy money too lol.
